NNG is looking for an Online Marketing Specialist to join the Aftersales Team based in Budapest. You are the ideal candidate if you have online marketing in the veins, with a strong understanding of Pay Per Click and Social Media advertising. If you can set up and manage campaigns autonomously, supporting our e-commerce processes with minimal guidance. If you are familiar with Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, Google Display Network, Pay Per Click and Social Media Campaigns, have experience with E-Commerce, Customer Relationship Management, and Affiliate Marketing.
What would be your responsibilities?
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor insights. Work with the stakeholders to create a strategy to drive online traffic to our e-commerce site.
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns, with a focus on paid advertising. Assure that our marketing budget is spent efficiently and effectively. When it comes to Google Ads and Meta Ads, you should be the smartest and most experienced person in the team.
- Analytics and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness. Use marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights and additionally make proposals on which tools we should use to track, report, and analyze campaign performance.
- Financial analysis: Track, analyze, report, and present to company leadership the costs, benefits, and the return on investment of campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content across different channels (independently or with the help of our graphic designers), including websites, landing pages and social media.
- Social Media Account Management: During campaigns, be responsible for administering and configuring the Facebook and Instagram accounts of the specific products, brands.
- Cross-domain collaboration: Work with our CRM experts, collaborate with engineering to align marketing activities with the developments, and support the sales team.
- External vendor coordination: Coordinate the processes with development and media agencies and be the first point of contact.
The ideal candidate should possess the following
Experience: 3-5 years in online marketing. A college/university degree is required.
Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta for Business, Meta Insights. E-commerce knowledge, CRM and affiliate marketing affinity is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric attitude. Flexible and a good team player.

Familiarity with the automotive industry
